Veto Monitor — Privacy Policy

Veto Monitor is a browser extension, operated by Kentiro, that helps users evaluate recommendations generated by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do with your data.

  Your prompts stay private. Veto Monitor never captures or transmits
  the questions or messages you type into an AI assistant. Only the AI's own
  responses are analyzed, and only those may be sent to our server.

What We Process

The extension examines AI-generated responses shown on supported AI platforms. A first-stage filter runs locally in your browser; only responses that this filter identifies as relevant to an active validation package are transmitted to Kentiro servers (api.kentiro.com) for evaluation. We do not intentionally collect unrelated browsing activity.

What We Collect

AI-generated responses that pass the local relevance filter
Validation results and verdicts
Technical telemetry needed to operate and improve the service
Extension configuration and settings (stored locally on your device)

What We Do NOT Collect

Your prompts — the text you type to the AI is never captured or transmitted
Passwords, financial information, or authentication credentials
Browsing history outside supported AI platforms

How Information Is Used

To validate AI-generated recommendations against trusted rules
To improve validation quality and coverage
To measure and improve extension performance

How Data Is Transmitted and Stored

All communication between the extension and Kentiro servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Validation telemetry is stored on Kentiro-controlled infrastructure and retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the service; it is not linked to your identity or used to build a personal profile. Extension settings remain on your own device.

Data Sharing

Kentiro does not sell user data and does not share it with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate the service or to comply with applicable law.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and access-controlled servers — to protect the information we process.

Your Choices

Disable or remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page
Clear all locally stored extension data by removing the extension
